Morpheus8 places bipolar radiofrequency through fine pins beneath the skin’s surface. Tip, depth and energy are adjusted for the area, tissue and treatment goal rather than applying one standard protocol everywhere.

A sterile tip places fine pins at a practitioner-selected depth, creating controlled microchannels in the treatment area.
Bipolar radiofrequency travels between the pins, generating controlled heat at depth rather than relying on surface treatment alone.
The combined mechanical and thermal stimulus starts a repair response associated with collagen and elastin remodelling. Visible change develops progressively over the weeks that follow.

Yes, for some people, and how much depends almost entirely on depth. Here is the numbing protocol, what happens in the room in order, and the one published figure on pain that clinics rarely quote.

Published Morpheus8 protocols run to one to three sessions, spaced three to six weeks apart. On how long the results last, there is no controlled study at all, and the figure everyone quotes came from marketing.

Almost every UK clinic page calls Morpheus8 FDA approved. It is not. It is 510(k) cleared, and the cleared wording does not name a single one of the outcomes it is sold for.

What people ask us
You do not need to know the exact protocol. Tell us what you would like to improve and your practitioner can guide the rest.
Ask us on 0333 012 4065 ↗Yes. Different Morpheus8 tips and settings can be used across suitable facial and body areas. Facial plans often focus on texture, pores, lines, scarring or early laxity; body plans can target selected areas of loose or crepey skin.
Common facial areas include the full face, eye area, lower face, jawline, neck and décolletage. Body plans may include areas such as the abdomen, upper arms or thighs. Your practitioner will confirm whether the exact area you have in mind is suitable.
It can. Sensation varies with the thickness of the tissue, the tip used, treatment depth and settings. Topical numbing cream is used, and your practitioner will explain what to expect for your chosen area.
Both can involve redness, swelling, sensitivity and a dotted or rough texture. How visible this feels depends on the area, treatment intensity and clothing. Plan several quieter days and follow the area-specific aftercare you are given.
A plan of one to three sessions, commonly spaced around four to six weeks apart, may be advised. The right number depends on your starting point, area, settings and response.
Some people notice early change within a few weeks. Collagen remodelling is gradual, so the more meaningful result is usually assessed around eight to twelve weeks and can continue to refine beyond that.
Sometimes, but it depends on the combination of areas, the treatment time and what is clinically appropriate. It can be better to prioritise one area first and assess your response before expanding the plan.
Yes. Start with the concern rather than a package name. A practitioner can define the face or body area with you and explain whether Morpheus8—or a different approach—best matches your goal.
